Jesus doesn't send anyone to hell, if people end up there it's their own fault for rejecting the One who suffered all that agony to save them. It's like someone drowning and refusing to get into the lifeboat, and then blaming their death on the lifeboat men

Jesus Christ fulfilled the Mosaic law, which makes him Righteous.
Jesus Christ Suffered torture and death to save us from our sins which makes him the Messiah.
Jesus Christ did everything necessary to make a way to save us from walking ourselves into hell, which makes him Merciful.
