We try our best, we will never be like him fully but through the process of sanctification we try and get there 🙏

@BritishFailedAesthetic most people who claim to be religious seem to do a awful job
@Guitarman123 Right, but look at your own behaviour, you've done wrong, I've done wrong and that's why we are ONLY justified by Christ's blood.
Guitarman123 · 36-40, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic I'm an atheist so I don't claim to follow jesus
@Guitarman123 I know you don't. Justification is extended to his followers only.
Guitarman123 · 36-40, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic he's got a lot of people to judge seeing as theirs people with great wealth and those in great poverty
@Guitarman123 It is not a wealth issue, but one thing I forgot to add- children and those born predisposed to having a low mental age into adulthood are automatically justified too.

@BritishFailedAesthetic wasn't Jesus all about feeding the poor and healing the sick while living a modest lifestyle?
@RebelliousSpirit You bet! I love helping out the poor via donations, etc. My salary is way below the national average for my country and my wife has poor health and recieves welfare.
Guitarman123 · 36-40, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic it is as jesus said to give money to the poor
@Guitarman123 Read above your comment

@BritishFailedAesthetic so you would support systemic change and wealth redistribution and housing for all?
@RebelliousSpirit Not quite as ecomonies that do this always fail. I believe in cheaper housing. I NEVER would want our healthcare to be fully privatised like your country but I think our healthcare should represent a more nuanced system like Germany's, etc rather than our own which is clearly failing. Wealth distribution- one of our neighbours has a nicer flat, a flash sports car, a wife in great health but ultimately what have they stolen from me for their wealth?

@BritishFailedAesthetic problem Is that people treat capitalism and wealth as a sort of religion
@Guitarman123 It has been the only political system that works.
Guitarman123 · 36-40, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic is that why the gap between rich and poor has always been wide and being mass inequality as a result of the system
RebelliousSpirit · F
@BritishFailedAesthetic it's an economic system not a political one
@Guitarman123 Name a succesful socialist country. BTW Scandinavian countries aren't socialist.
Guitarman123 · 36-40, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic it dosent work for those not born into the appropriate conditions
@Guitarman123 I got worse- born into good conditions now my situation.
Guitarman123 · 36-40, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic free healthcare, free education and have working rights are thanks to socialism
@Guitarman123 I never said FRUITS of socialism are always bad. I was born into good conditions but here i am. When I was younger on holidays with family I visited a few socialist banana republics and everyone is dirt poor.
Guitarman123 · 36-40, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic socialism at its fundamental foundation is workers owning the means of production. People are dirt poor in the UK and US
@Guitarman123 Oh matey...... you've not seen the Dom Rep or Cuba or met the citizens first hand have you?
Guitarman123 · 36-40, M
@BritishFailedAesthetic cuba has a next to zero homeless rate whereas America has 582,462 homeless people
@Guitarman123 I don't know your salary but I can tell you on mine I can't afford it. If you can afford it, please visit Cuba. Within minutes of going into a non-tourist area you'll be begged for money. Don't believe their government's lying statistics.
