I Love My Church and Church Family
Yet not one pastor has rang me or texted me to see how I am.

Sadly that is something we are losing in general. We use to visit people especially older people or people living alone to check on them and see if they needed help or anything. I’m not even talking about church families or pastors.
Now it seems like people visit or call or text only when they want the help and if you happen to ask if you could help someone they either think your crazy or you want something. We don’t trust and we easily think the worst in others. It is a sad world we live in today. Anyone is very lucky if they have friends that check on them at times in today’s world .

Like I said you are lucky.
Maybe this will help ,maybe not but try this instead of negative feelings a song that I once knew from church.
Count your blessings ,name them one by one
Count your many blessings and see what the lord has done
Many people could do this not just church members it doesn’t even have to be someone that believes in God . Everyone has things to be thankful for.

Each and every one is a blessing in many ways. Lives saved or lost as long as we do what we are called to do whether we call it doing the lords work or just call it giving a helping hand. This time is a hard time for many thank you for helping @LilirWyddfa

I have an iPad I use . I don’t like computers in general .i believe again you are very lucky. The internet can be a very useful thing but in my opinion it is very easy to use it for many things not so helpful actually can lead many people down the wide path to destruction.
Speaking from experience. I am weak in many ways but I think I have a few good points also.
Remember David only had a slingshot, that could be the same as your mobile router. The Lord gives us what we need not necessarily what we want. Let him lead and the sheep will come home. @LilirWyddfa

I’m saying yes but only to the point of showing the way some lost don’t want to be found and until they want to be found the light will shine but they need to knock on the door or follow the path to the door.@LilirWyddfa

Are you having faith in the pastor or the Lord ?
I’m agreeing with you . Maybe the pastor should be contacting you his sheep but I am not all seeing all knowing and I do not know what the Lord has in mind for you or me or anyone else.if it’s the Lords will that you rescued that lamb have more faith that lamb was worth saving and you are now a shepherd with one sheep hold strong to your faith in the Lord and maybe soon more sheep will follow. @LilirWyddfa

@Repete Is that why pastors no longer look after the sheep. they expect the lambs to bleat in they are lost.

Just my opinion but I do think pastors should tend to their sheep and some are not very good shepherds if they don’t but also pastors are only flesh and blood ( men)@LilirWyddfa

Yes. You have spoken to me like a shepherd. I was listening to Mr Ramsbottom at Luton. He read Mark chapter 5 the bit about when Jesus was about in the boat. Our Lord was weary like us. He spoke so sweetly to my soul.

A church that I use to go to had a pastor that seemed to know exactly what to say . A lot of times it seemed like he was speaking directly to me .
I use to go all the time me and my daughter never missed a Sunday or wensday when she was a little older. But I have stumbled and fell . The pastor and many of my church friends still pray for me and keep in touch . But I have not found my way back yet. @LilirWyddfa
