Two Bible studies in the same week.

Bible Study One: Led by the pastor, it went off the rails about the same time as reading the passage was finished, There were all kinds of accusations and acrimony. The study started at 7 and everyone left the study hall and went home around 8:30.

Bible Study Two: Led by the church elder who was roundly accused of many nasty things the night before. Study Two started at 7, At midnight people were still wanting to talk. The conversation was peaceful and enlightening and uplifting. The previous night's study was not mentioned.

BTW the accusations thrown around at Study One began months ago when the elder told a young man that the elder doubted his sincerity as a Christian and even went so far as to tell the young man that he was demon possessed. Strangely enough when the demon was thus confronted it began to manifest. The same person and the same demon were out to destroy the Bible Study One and in large part succeeded.
