I've never read the word reincarnation in the Bible, now maybe some of the Bible's printed after the 1960s decided to use the word reincarnation in a descriptive manner.
John the Baptist could be classified under incarnation.
The two prophets in Revelation could be classified under reincarnation.
Concrete proof, it seems people who have said they've lived past lives wasn't accepted as concrete proof. So how could one give concrete proof that one lived in a different time having a different life.
Since the spirit is determined to be eternal, and the spirit is the thought process and they say the subconscious mind remembers everything, (sort of like a computer), it is possible.
Also possible like what is written in the Bible, what we now call telepathic communication, Jesus even while in a flesh body was able to read minds. It is written in various places throughout scripture God knows the mind or God knows the heart he reads minds. So it's possible that all things spiritually are telepathically connected. And somehow those who feel they live other lives are actually experiencing telepathy.
Food for thought!

The Bible does not teach nor mention reincarnation, but what it does say that it is appointed only once for man to die, then after that follows the judgment. He made it clear that there's no such thing as reincarnation. Hebrews 9:27

@LadyGrace ma'am
I never said that the Bible teaches reincarnation.
I said the spirit is determined to be eternal. And they say the subconscious mind remembers everything (like a computer), it is possible.
"I said it is possible" because scripture indicates that before our spirits were put here on Earth In human bodies it is possible we existed in heaven.
Scripture is such as
1)God knew us before we were born (we existed somewhere, in some form)
Jeremiah 1:5 Psalms 58:3
2) do not erase or blot our names from the Lamb's book of Life (names had to be already written before we had life in human bodies, only names that are already written can be blotted out)
Ex adults 3232-33 Revelation 3:5 Psalm 69:28, 108:3, 109:13, 139:16
3) the spirit returns to God who gave it (God resides in the heavens, and our spirit returns to heaven to him) Ecclesiastes 12:7
There may be one or two more that I can't think of at the present.
If and please take note I said if we resided in heaven before we resided on Earth what man defines as reincarnation can apply.
Do we have all of the scrolls that the ancient Hebrews wrote? Jerusalem was destroyed three times as well as all of their scrolls. And when you look at some of the Book that are written in the Dead Sea scrolls, no we don't, and only God knows how many are missing and what they contain. Are they changing scriptures even today they're changing the meaning of scripture, who knows what was done in the first 1600 years or even if the translation is absolutely accurate. Revelation does end with a warning to those who change or add to the scriptures "written" in the book.
I've given you my reasonings, I've read yours and I am not debating the issue which leads to misunderstandings that is why Paul advised Christians not to argue over the scriptures.

@Charity A person should be able to discuss things without being accused of arguing. Paul also discusses reasoning together.
Going by what you have said, naturally it is confusing when you say, "Since the spirit is determined to be eternal, and the spirit is the thought process and they say the subconscious mind remembers everything, (sort of like a computer), it is possible."
I was merely pointing out scripture that confirms there's no possibility of reincarnation. Thank you.

ma'am I didn't accuse you of arguing I said it leads to arguments. And considering your highlighting makes me wonder.
And I know what you are pointing out and I try to indicate that.
I gave you My reasonings why I said it is possible, you disagree aok.
It is appointed for man to die once man, The flesh body of man! Not the individual spirit within each of mankind, his spirit is that what God will judge, which makes his Spirit eternal as Jesus said fear not him that can destroy the body but him that can destroy both body and soul in hell.
Have a blessed day ma'am

@Charity Spirits can't die. we can't leave off the part of scripture which says it is appointed only once for man to die.... And then it says after we die, comes the judgment. This scripture confirms that there's no reincarnation. If you believe differently I have no problem with that. I'm just pointing out why scripture says there's no reincarnation.

well ma'am when a person writes to me "a person should be able to discuss things without being accused of arguing" to me that is directly saying to me I am accusing them of arguing.
I assume that your highlighting my words showed your frame of mind not that you were trying to start an argument.
In my mood is excellent.f

@LadyGrace and you are continuing, and again I reiterate if a spirit existed in heaven and lived on Earth in a flesh body that is a form of reincarnation, I can't put it any simpler why I say it is possible.
And again the flesh body dies once but the spirit which remembers all things in heaven and on Earth is eternal.

@Charity well sir... when a person writes to me and ends their conversation with "that is why Paul advised Christians not to argue over the scriptures", to me, that is directly saying you are accusing me of wanting to argue. That works both ways, but I'm tired of your accusations, so I'll let you be on your way since you're clearly in a bad mood and seem to be looking for something to beef about.
To answer your last statement, no, that is not a form of reincarnation because the Lord never had a body to begin with. He is Spirit. But you just want to argue instead of discussing. Don't write me again. I don't like your attitude.

Adam and Eve were created by God. Similarway, always new people are created/procreated. God does not keep sending the same spirit in different bodies and playing the jumbled up games.
Book of life is created because God knows the future of who will be on Earth. Striking out from the Book of life means "Hell" penalty.
No alternation to little could be attributed. It was 1600 and not 2024 where we have Lots of wicked minds. Back in those days, anyone could not write or amend Bible like we can do it on wiki as open source web. Also, what I have read is there were more than one copy of every script for they know that singular one could be lost.

@DanielsASJ I didn't say or indicate that God keeps sending the same Spirit into bodies.
I know what the Book of Life represents thank you. Because our names are already written in the Book of Life and because God told Jeremiah he knew him before he was born, and because all spirits go back to God, because Jesus said that Lazarus is just sleeping, all of that says that the spirit is eternal.
And I am not talking about flesh bodies and spirits continually coming into flesh bodies.
I am speaking of the Bible indicating that the spirits that are in these flesh bodies once existed in heaven. Spirits coming from heaven being housed in a flesh body is a form of reincarnation.
You two people are focused on a single body and a single Spirit going from body to body // when I am speaking of individual spirits from heaven into individual flesh bodies that has lived and do live and will live on Earth.
And as far as any of us know all spirits outside of the flesh could be telepathic.
Thank you for your input.
