I enjoy reading Revelation, as well. The Bible is as up-to-date as tomorrow's newspaper. It tells us exactly, in great detail what our future is. I wish people would pay attention to Revelation but then it is hard for some to understand. I don't understand all of it but I do understand a great deal of it and prophecy. I'm hoping people will accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior, so they will go up in the Rapture and miss the Great Tribulation period.

The book of Revelation was critical for me to understand who God is and what He is going to do in the end times..
But the critical chapter in the Bible that i read that finally made me understand Christianity was Romans 7.. Before reading Romans 7 i did not really understand the Atonement of Jesus.. I was still lost in a works salvation mindset up until reading Romans 7.. I became a real Christian when i read Romans 7..

I've read it extensively, but no longer. For me every word can be found in the few words in St Marks Gospel, in one of the little parables of the kingdom:-
