Epic Battles...
We all fight an epic battle.. your life is full of them! If its not a spiritual matter, its a heart matter, or even
Some in our heads. Some on our hearts.
We can face each day knowing the good fight is a victory again, in finances we got loss or win.
In jobs, its work place reteric.
In home life, it could be lonliness.
In friendships it may be health related.
Whatever it is, an Epic battle doesn't mean you have to face it alone!
Ephesians chapter 6 in the Holy Bible describes epic battles must be fought with some armor of God, and prayers! If you don't have time to read it, you wont understand how to apply it..so let me sum it up for ya.
The helmet of salvation- protects your mind from stinking thinking and bad thoughts.
The breastplate of righteousness- guards your heart from heartaches and bad choices.
The belt of truth- shows you to speak truth to everything.
Sword of the spirit, ( the bible) is basically instructions on how to fight your enemies. Game plans may not always be earned, but the strategies are clear.
Shield of faith- to fight , protecting, and defending our churches
Sandals of peace- walking in love and living as an example, not condeming, hateful or arrogant.
I learned a long time ago, not everyone is going to agree, but everyone will know I am prepared for battles. EPIC BATTLES!
Keep the faith, stand strong in the Lord, do not fear, for he is with yoy wherever you go! [ Joshua 1:9]
