What does the Scripture at Hebrews 4:15 mean when it says Jesus was "tested in all respects like ourselves"?

IMO, It means that Jesus, while alive in the flesh, was susceptible to everything we are.
He was hated, scorned, ridiculed, tempted, angered, called a liar, (false prophet,) rejected by his own people, unjustly accused, unfairly tried and judged, executed, etc. etc.
These are many of the things we each must go through and one could say they are tests from God. Or one could say these things are sent by Satan to test our faith and belief in God.

@seotelkniwt of course, but being tempted doesn't mean he was interested in the least
@Klingwood Yes very true, but true to form, Satan the Devil was not going to leave any stone upturned in the case of the perfect man Jesus, God's only begotten son. Afterall, Satan got the perfect man and woman, Adam and Eve to sin against their heavenly Father, so just maybe he figured he could get Jesus to do the same.
@Klingwood Yes absolutely. The only interest Jesus had was to do the will of his heavenly Father Jehovah God. (JOHN 4:34, JOHN 6:38, HEBREWS 10:7).

Hebrews 4:15

" For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are yet without sin. "

What IM said.

Testing means he was tested with all the human desires that go against our Father and he overcame them all. Example fornication, sexual sins, lust, greed, power, lying, thievery, drunkenness, gluttonous, envy's, etc etc etc.
This might be aimed at Docetists.

It means he has the same temptations we all have .lust of the flesh ,lust of the eyes and the pride of life.no it doesn't mean he was tempted by homosexuality or other such things
