If you wanna talk about what’s LEGAL NOW, we can. In the eyes of the law, you weren’t old enough to consent to sex with a 16 year old so your husband would be in jail for statutory rape. You weren’t old enough to drink so your parents would be in jail for child neglect and you probably would’ve been arrested for underage drinking 🤷🏾♀️

@Fantasyproject lol in my area if they arrested every guy 16 to 20 that got his teenage gf pregnant they have to build a whole new jail. Theres barely a 13 month age difference between us

@Fantasyproject it was barely a 13 month age difference. Theres a 2 year age difference exception to that law. He turned 16 in feb i turned 15 a month later.

That’s my point though, she wasn’t 16, therefore she wasn’t legally able to consent to having with a 16 year old. She got pregnant at 14 and I didn’t mention her marriage. I’m talking about her drinking and fuckin at 14, her parents would be in jail for child neglect and her bf at the time would be in jail too@SpiritualMan

@Pfuzylogic I’m not religious, I’m spiritual so I don’t care about that. I’m going to believe what I want and so is she. Either way, it doesn’t give her the right to be hateful towards people.

@Fantasyproject we were both under 18 and less than a 2 year age difference. You have to read the entire law not just what you want to hear. We got married therefore they couldn't prosecute him anyway. And the beer thing didnt get reported to the cops our parents and my friend's parebts handled it

@Fantasyproject no you said that I'm not legally an adult and yes if both people are under 18 and less than 4 years apart. The judge signed off on us getting married that was his decision after that they couldn't arrest jake anyway
