I Believe the Bible Is the Inspired Word of God

"In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God. And the word WAS God" John 1:1

"All things were made by Him! And without Him was nothing made that was made." John 1:3

"And the word became flesh and dwelt among us. In Him was the life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in darkness, but the darkness comprehends it Not!" John 1:4

2 Timothy 3:16-: All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness.
@Nottkry What evidence is there to support that opinion?

1. My changed heart, from confused and angry to loving God to loving people. He did a miracle in my heart.

2. Also Jesus proved it by his actions, He raised people from the dead, rotting and stinking for 4 days in front of many people who then were willing to die for their testimony. People like His apostles who didn't "get it" when Jesus was first talking to them about the importance of being loving. And He raised himself from the dead like he said he would after 3 days Sunday morning, and again many people saw that and were willing to die to testify that they saw it. So now we have Easter which is THE most important holiday for Christians. If Jesus did not rise from the dead I am a liar, and my whole life, loving people , volunteering, my profession, my forgiving all my people who have ever wronged me, my faith, is a joke.

3. They became loving and spread the news all over the world. They weren't haters who bomb people but willing to die for their love for God and people, even when others kill them.

4. All Christian countries have prospered because God promise to prosper a country who loves the Lord, compared to catholic, Muslim, and Hindu countries.

5. He answers my prayers miraculously, time, after time, after time, after time.
@Carazaa 1. That's your opinion. What evidence is there to connect your change of attitude to scripture?

2. That's just hearsay. Is there any corroborating evidence? Did you see Jesus rise from the dead? Odin also is supposed to have risen from the dead after being sacrificed on the Yggdrasil Tree. There are similar stories about other gods.

3. Who are "they"?

4. There is more to life than money. Other religions don't attach as much importance to monetary wealth as Christianity does. That said, Saudi Arabia, a Muslim country, is fairly prosperous.

5. That's what you believe. What evidence is there of a connection? Incidentally, he never answered my prayers.

@NortiusMaximus He hasn't answered your prayers because if you are not saved (have repented for your sins and believe that Jesus rose from the dead) He does not even hear your prayers, nor answer them.
@Carazaa Ah, got it. If I believe god is real, despite the absence of evidence, I'll be convinced I'm right. Is that what happened to you?
