Yes if we can realise that our anger is not a flaw in of itself, it is much easier to stay present when feeling anger so that we can appropriately direct it. Thanks for this

@saintsong Know the saying 'like father. like son?' He was the firstborn of all creation, so he had a beginning as God made him first. God has no beginning or end. Easy to get things out of context, but he didn't ressurect himself after three days dead in his grave, 'his father' as he referred to God, did. 'His father in heaven' when he was on earth, is who he taught his disciples to pray to, not him.
