It’s easier for a camel to enter the kingdom to pass through the eye of a needle

If we feel that we are weathy enough we give & give to the poor.
If we are wealthy we should only give some & die with the rest
If we are wealthy we should give a minimal amount
If we are wealthy we should let the poor find their own assistance and give nothing

I just came *across* a good post ( will find & quote) which prompted me comment. However my thoughts became more than just a passing comment so I decided to instead post this.

Wealthy is the opposite end of the scale to Impoverished.

Where one of these financial circumstance exists very likely will the other.

I don’t believe God would bar a wealthy person from entering his kingdom. Because the devil (so to speak) where the scripture states “it is ‘easier’ for a camel to pass through an eye of a needle 🪡 than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of god “

Let’s examine when will wish to enter Gods kingdom?
This will likely be on his death.

Fact is too many rich people die .. leaving vast amounts of wealth, which could have easily changed the lives of those in need.
This is a great sin and something they could have actively changed whilst they were alive.

But instead chose to hoard the resources for themselves and quite possibly their close family members who themselves were unlikely to have needed all of it.
Paying lip service by donating a small amount to charity is likely an insult as well.

Personally I believe that we should dedicate our earthly lives to giving as and where it’s needed. Very often this need is found at a grassroots level .

I don’t mean those who are in need because they have squandered or mismanaged their money.
I mean those who are through no fault of their own are born into or living in abject poverty. They are souls waiting to saved.

God places them here as a barometer for a developmental tool for rich persons conscience. Otherwise how else can his compassion for humanity be measured?

This lesson is not just for the richest of of men and women. It’s a universal lesson and test, that each of us are here for.

I would want to ensure that I had been a philanthropist within an inch of my life before I left this world.
After all if God had blessed me with exceptional wealth, I’m certain philanthropy,
Would have been my life’s mission and what an enjoyable privilege it will have been.
To able to gift light & hope 🙏🏽.. in an otherwise dismal world.

Matthew 19:24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

When Jesus said this, he was speaking regretfully of a wealthy young man whom he had invited to come and follow Him. Jesus asked him to give up all of his land and his wealth first, but the young man said that he just owned TOO much to be able to give it all away.

Matthew 19:25-19:30

25 When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved?
26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
27 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore?
28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
29 And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.
30 But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.
