Where My Soul Finds Home [Coming Soon] - [John 14:2]
John 14:2 [NLT] says this: "There is more than enough room in my Father's home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you."
There are moments when I feel my spirit reaching for something deeper... A place of quiet, a place of belonging, a place where my thoughts settle and my heart feels understood. In those moments, I find myself talking to Heavenly Father, the Sovereign Lord in prayer, asking Him where my soul fits in the middle of everything I'm learning, everything I'm healing from, and everything I'm becoming thus far. Therefore, this 3-part series I'm writing entitled: "Where My Soul Finds Home", is my attempt in putting those conversations into words. Not to speak for anyone else, but to share what God has been showing me; in hopes that someone reading might pause, breathe, and reflect or find a moment of comfort in their own journey to Christ, then I'm grateful for that as well.
Here's what's to come:
[Part 1]
My personal meditation on what it means for my soul to have a place prepared by God.
John 14:2 [NLT]
[Part 2]
A reflection on how God meets me in the places where I'm still growing, still healing, and still learning.
Psalm 139:23-24 [NLT]
[Part 3]
How God is teaching me to extend the same grace and spaciousness to others that He extends to me.
Romans 15:7 [NLT]
It is with great pleasure and gratitude to invite other readers into my reflections. Not as a teacher, not as an authority, but simple as someone walking with God and learning what "home" feels like in His presence. Amen! xoxo
