If you were to die today, are you 100% sure you'd go to Heaven?

Read this Gospel message to find out how you can know for sure:

The Bible Way to Heaven

1. Admit you are a sinner.

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; -Romans 3:23

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: -Romans 5:12

*No one is good enough to go to Heaven on their own merit. No matter how much good we do, we still come short.

2. Realize the penalty for your sin.

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. -Romans 6:23

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: -Romans 5:12

And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. - Revelation 20:14-15

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. - Revelation 21:8

*There is a payment for our sin which is eternal death in a place called Hell and the Lake of Fire.

3. Believe that Christ died, was buried and rose from the grave as a payment for your sin.

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. -Romans 5:8

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. -John 3:16

For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously: Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. - 1 Peter 2:21-24

And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree: Him God raised up the third day, and shewed him openly; – Acts 10:39-40

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: - 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. - Acts 16:30-31

*Salvation is simply putting your faith (or believing) that Jesus Christ paid for your sins.

4. Understand that salvation will last forever.

In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; -Titus 1:2

These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. - 1 John 5:13

And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. - John 10:28

That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. -John 3:15-16

That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. - Ephesians 1:12-14

*When God saves you he gives you “eternal/everlasting” life; in other words, life that will never end; life that will last forever. So, when he saves you it is forever. No matter what you do after you receive “the gift of eternal life” it can never end. Otherwise God lied, and we know that God “cannot lie”.

5. Pray and ask Jesus Christ to save you.

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. -Romans 10:9-10

*Eternal life is a gift purchased by the blood of Jesus and offered freely to those who call upon Him by faith. Anyone who believes on the Lord Jesus Christ will be saved forever. Being saved is a one time event. All you have to do is ask.
Let me help you word a prayer. Realize it is not mere words that save, but your faith in Jesus Christ.
Dear Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I know I deserve to go to Hell. But I believe that you died on the cross, were buried, and rose from the grave to pay for my sins. Please save me and take me to Heaven when I die. Amen.

I'm not afraid of hell so I don't care all that much. I actually care about the pain of death rather than the afterlife. Everyone's journey is their own, wherever I end up is meant for me and I'll make it my own if the afterlife is truth. Plus I belong to Santa Muerte, I'm relatively agnostic about it though. I don't know either way if anyone is right or wrong but I also know I'm not scared of anything at all.

I do have fears but the afterlife isn't really one of them whether it exists or not. If there was Jesus and let's say you were 100% right, he would understand where I'm coming from if it were a just God. But if he's unjust, that's not the kind of God I would want anyways.

@SatanBurger Like "SarahAndSamantha" you're just creating your own definition of just. You don't get to decide that. Another note, since you don't believe in God or have a final authority like the Bible, your worldview has no objective moral standards of right and wrong, just or unjust, so you can't even make such a statement. Your worldview is one of subjectivity, solipsism and moral relativism. You are actually borrowing from my worldview and then condemning it. Also, who do you think you are, as a mere human being, whose ideas are collectively based on an ever changing culture and the ideas that your fed by it, with a limited 3 pound brain who doesn't even know 5 percent of all that is and cannot conceive of the 4th dimension and can only see roughly 0.0035 of the electromagnetic spectrum, to stand in judgement of God, the creator of all that is? Presumptous and arrogant beyond belief.

@SW-User According to the biblical fairytale, when Ee and Adam ate fro the tree of knowledge of good and evil, they became just as knowledgeable as God about those things. So, God is not necessary to define what is good and evil since we know the difference ourselves. Besides, the God character was always BS'ing people about what was good and what was evil. Use your own standards.

@SarahAndSamantha @SatanBurger As an addendum, I put aside my views and deprogrammed myself from the cultural beliefs that I was influenced by on TV, the media, the school system (Einstein said not to let schooling interfere with your education). I had to consciously change my entire worldview, put aside my own feelings and adapt my beliefs to be in accordance with the KJV Bible, because I recognize that there is a final authority beyond myself which transcends time and culture and that most certainly is the KJV Bible - God's perfect, preserved word. And you wanna know something? No other book in history has produced so much good fruit and changed lives like God's word. The worst of the worst people in society like psychopaths have been transformed by the Bible (psychology and science still can't understand or cure them, but the Bible has and can). The Bible is always ahead of science. Yes, science is always catching up to the Bible, like for instance, thousands of years ago, the Bible said that Hell, with fire and brimstone are in the heart of the earth (Matthew 12:40, Revelation 21:8). Well, it took scientists thousands of years after that was written to figure that out through drilling into the earth, and they've only gotten roughly 9 miles down. The Bible knew about germ theory and the importance of washing your hands in running water thousands of years before science knew about (Leviticus 15:13). Until the 1800's, doctors still washed their hands in a basin with still water. The Bible also knew that the life of the flesh is in the blood (Leviticus 17:11) thousands of years before science did. Up until 200 years ago, sick people were "bled", and many died because of the practice, including George Washington. And there are many more examples like this which proves that the Bible is ahead of science. Men today, thousands of years later are still just as passionate, preaching and dying for THE GOOD BOOK all across the globe (and we will NEVER stop, Christianity will ALWAYS be), because the Bible has power like nothing else. Power that is spreading to millions, saving and transforming the lives of millions. The mortal men you follow and are influenced by are going to DIE AND BE FORGOTTEN. All of their work and ideas will be forgotten. Human beings get their views from everything they watch, read and hear. So what makes the both of you extraordinarily prideful is that you believe such transient cultural views makes you the arbiters and grand masters of the universe. Create me a universe. Listen, you will stand before God one day. Are you ready for the day of judgement? I highly encourage you to think deeply about and meditate on the Gospel message in this post. You need Christ's righteousness imputed unto you.

Like "SarahAndSamantha" you're just creating your own definition of just. You don't get to decide that.

It seems like you get to decide who gets punishment or not.... judging from your self righteous attitude though. Christians are always applying their own concepts and own definitions from what they read. There's always two groups of Christians, there's one which takes the bible as a metaphor on both the left Christianity and the right leaning Christianity, from there it gets muddied.

And if you take the bible literally, well, stoning people is illegal but there are Christians who do take it very literal and would happily return to that.

Either group you choose, you create your own version of what is "just," out of using someone else's laws from 2,000 years ago, actually a little bit more than 2,000 years now. So you are creating what you perceive to be right out of the many contradictions that is the bible. The bible has lots of metaphors that can be taken literally or figuratively so it's a bit unfair trying to label it as all one belief structure.

Why not just leave everyone alone if that's the case and none of us get to decide? That's between me and God then, butt out of it.

On a more serious note, the bible especially the old testament is full of unfairness and immorality, I am my own person and I do get to decide if something is unfair and inhumane or not. I do have that power to cut off any toxic person even in real life including but not limited to Gods, Goddesses, fascists and idiots.

Another note, since you don't believe in God or have a final authority like the Bible, your worldview has no objective moral standards of right and wrong, just or unjust, so you can't even make such a statement.

I've said this before but this is flawed for a number of reasons.

1.) This world is still significantly Christian, atheists actually get discriminated against in jails and out in regular working society. Since the majority of Abrahamic faiths and not all of the majority are peace loving dwellers, it's safe to say that a fair bit of religious people have no moral standards of right and wrong, despite reading the bible or at best, flawed perceptions of morality.

2.) "Overly just" people can be dangerous because you can commit horrible atrocities under the guise of morality, which the church often has, it's the same dark psychology. People with empathy can be just as dangerous for this reason that they can reasonably justify anything and you can justify anything in any religion including yours. If you read the bible in its entirety, yes you can.

3.) People don't need a book to tell them what's right or wrong. If you grew up with different experiences and different ways of being, you would be a different person. People's morality comes from a mixture of things and not just one thing. A serial killer can believe in the bible and get raised in a very religious church going conservative family valued home, and they won't auto magically become moral and not kill just because they believe in the bible. In fact, a serial killer who does that and uses religion likely is a mission oriented serial killer and the bible will embolden them, if anything. People are a mix of experiences and new experiences make you learn new things by which you apply morality to, even you. You're never really just one person throughout life, the brain just perceives it that way because of our perception of time.

4) You can create what is just or not by applying various other philosophical concepts, the bible has never been the only source of morality. There's thousands of other things you can apply morality concepts to.

No other book in history has produced so much good fruit and changed lives like God's word

Up to and including the lives ended because of it? Because of the Bible, there are people who want to make me a stake, well done (no misspelling in that statement). There are people who hate me because of who I am, and instead of simply admitting that, they have the audacity to blame their deity, all over something I have literally no control over. Trust me, I've tried, BEGGED god even.

And what makes it even worse, ya'll can't even agree on which version of "God's true word" is the real one. You can't even agree what that word means when you're using the exact same bible. Yet I'm supposed to take it as an authority? No thanks, I'll leave the bible and continue with my personal relationship with god Herself.
