According to the writings of the sages in Judaism a fetus does NOT have the status of a born person, it is potential life not actual life, it has value but not the same value as a born baby.. So does it have a soul? Partially perhaps certainly not fully.. The equation of a fetus with a born infant is unsupported in religious law and thought.. Children who perish before attaining legal status (12 for girls, 13 for boys) are relegated to the perimeter in a Jewish cemetery...

@pdqsailor1 Very interesting. Do all Jewish people believe this, like religious orthodox Jews too? And is there any Writings from God to support this?
