I would say no. As it is only the soul that goes on and if they are not born yet, still a fetus, they probably have no soul in them ,yet. They know no sin, they have no conscious, know nothing, so heaven or hell would be non existent for them, me thinks.

A fetus isn't a viable being that walks around of their own volition with a conscious that can make (bad) decisions or choices. They are still attached within their mother. They can't yet be responsible for anything. Since I believe the soul is what lives on and determines it's place in heaven or hell, it makes sense that we don't have one until birth, when we become an individual human. << That is my thinking process anyway. 🤷🏻

@Magenta Thank you for explaining bit that still doesn't make sense to me. A newborn hardly makes any more decisions, especially moral ones. And we move, play, cry, sleep, all in the womb so we're the same inside as out. It just makes the most sense for the soul to exist, at least in some form, at conception, when a new human being exists
