@Pikachu There are no Bible verses that say that women and children go to heaven. If you find one, be sure to post it for our education.

But there are passages in the Koran that say that women and children go to paradise.
@Diotrephes

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

I feel like that covers women and children.

What do children believe about anything?

And you still can't cite verses that say that women and children will get into the golden cube.

Did you grow up Christian?🤔
Kids can and do definitely believe the Christ salvation narrative, often with more conviction and certainty than an adult.
And grown women certainly can lol

I feel like " whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." covers whoever which includes women and children, right?
If not, why not?

The standard for being baptized is explained in Acts chapter 8. There are no stories about children being baptized.

According to Mark 16:16 a person must be batized to be saved =

Have you had any luck in finding a verse that says that women will get into the golden cube?
@Diotrephes

John baptized with water, Jesus baptized with the holy spirit as per Acts 1:5 so water baptism is not necessary for salvation and even in the passage you cite the next line is " but whoever does not believe will be condemned", not " whoever is not baptized".

Have you had any luck in finding a verse that says that women will get into the golden cube?

I'm not sure what the golden cube is but if it is a reference to heaven then yes, i have already shared a verse which i believe incorporates women getting into heaven.
Are you able to articulate a reason why you think women and children should be excluded from the category of " whoever believes in him " ?
Yes or no?

After Judgment Day the old heaven and old Earth cease to exist. A new Earth is created and a 1,500 mile-sided golden cube floats down on it, surrounded by a 200 foot+ tall wall with 12 gates, one for each of the 12 tribes of Israel. The golden cube is called New Jerusalem. At 1,500 miles tall, it is 6 times the altitude of the International Space Station. There are no seas on the planet and no darkness. There are lots of people there who have eternal life but can't get into the golden cube.

It is all described in Revelation chapters 21 & 22 =

The committee that wrote the Koran specifically stated that women and children go to paradise. Of course the women are just sex slaves to a guy with a eternal erection.

Joseph Smith's Book of Mormon says that each good guy will become a god with his own planet and harem of women that he will use to populate his world.

The Bible doesn't mention women or children getting into the golden cube. Some versions do mention a Queen of heaven.
@Diotrephes

Ok so we're on the same page, talking about heaven/ the kingdom of god etc.

Are you going to explain why you think women and children are not covered under " whoever believes in him" , as per John 3:16?
I'd really appreciate a direct answer to this.

It's the way the fairytale was written. While there are some women heroines they are not given the same status as the men. And there are no marriages in the golden cube.

Zoroastrianism and Islam allow women in heaven and paradise but the Bible is mute on the topic. The Bible focuses on men and not women.
@Diotrephes

I agree that the Bible is very much written by men, for men and women don't get much air time or consideration.
...But have you had any luck in figuring out why John 3:16 doesn't cover women and children?
It's ok to admit that you were not familiar with the verse. Keeping an open mind is essential to all critical thinkers.

Even completely corrupt and evil people will have eternal life but they won't be able to get into the golden cube. Therefore, women could have eternal life but they won't necessarily be admitted to the golden cube. There is not one verse in the Bible that says that women and children will get into the golden cube. If there is, please cite it for our education.

This seems to me a dishonest and argumentative response to a clear doctrinal article.

You'll agree and be familiar with the doctrine that in order to achieve forgiveness for sin and be taken into heaven on the day of Judgement, humans must believe that Jesus is god and was the perfect lamb whose blood paid for their sin.
Given that, do you honestly and earnestly think that the meaning of John 3:16 is that people who believe in Jesus will have eternal life but that it will not be in heaven?
If you can honestly answer "yes" to that question, what do you think is meant to be the virtue and benefit of believing in Jesus as described by that passage?

Be honest.

P.s Here's a tip for clarity: When you're quoting a response, hit that " button and put the quote inside it.
Just makes it easier to differentiate👍
