Christians believe that God answers prayers and does miraculous healings...but why does he never ever heal an amputee?

I know this feels like a gotcha question and maybe on some level it is but mainly i'm just really curious about what Christians think the answer is.
I watched a video where this question was addressed by a panel of Christians and i was eager to finally hear some theological explanation for this problematic oversight....i was disappointed.
The completely failed to answer the question and pretended the question was more like "why doesn't god heal everyone all the time"

God seems to heal mental illness or diseases like cancer which are known to go into spontaneous remission and help people find their keys or get needed money from unexpected sources...but never grows so much as a finger back.

So, Christians....why has God never healed a single amputee?

P.s In case anyone is interested in hearing the apologist's answers for themselves:

I did not know he healed these people you have indicated.
@SW-User

Which people?
SW-User
@Pikachu you say in your introduction that he heals mental illness and cancer, finds keys , and gives money.
I think we are talking about a different God, or some phoney cult like Bethal.
@SW-User

Oh well these are examples of the sort that Christians cite as miraculous intervention.

@Pikachu What Christians. Not the ones I’ve met.
Is this some American evangelical dribble?
@SW-User
You've never encountered a Christian who claims god healed them or someone they know or intervened in their life in some innocuous way?
SW-User
@Pikachu Afraid not, I don’t move in evangelical circles. But I pray, sometimes in groups, more often alone. For the sick, troubled and dying. Why people ask me to pray for them I do not know, but I carry them in prayer. Trying to align my will with the will of God. At the moment we are praying for a solution to that horrific mess in Palestine. And I hope you are too.
@SW-User

Well no, i don't pray but it does pain me an i hope for a resolution though i don't know how that will be achieved.
SW-User
@Pikachu OK, we are coming to some agreement. Let’s leave it there.
@SW-User

Sure, if you like.
