I saw the Holy Spirit or holy Ghost with my own eyes. What does that mean?

I have cerebral palsy since birth so I am sad (depression) because the Holy Spirit appeared to me

And When I had to go to the hospital.

That is to say in car I saw him in left side of wing mirror of car.I saw the Holy Spirit flying as a golden dove.Means spiritual dove

I don't know what my Christian denomination is, I know very little about Christianity, I was a Hindu but I love Christianity so much that I saw on the internet that Jesus died for sin. Jesus rose from the dead on the third day, I can't read half the English Bible. I can only read the Marathi Bible. I can't go to church.

And The question is why the Holy Spirit appeared to me, He didn't give me a voice i.e. He didn't speak and the Holy Spirit only showed me His own form. What I don't know.and Holy Spirit showed me only this form. Nothing else and Holy Spirit wants to tell me more. He wants to say that I am with you, Siddhi don't be afraid.

The Holy Spirit is probably waiting to come and dwell inside you. For that to happen you have to say the prayer of salvation asking Jesus to be your Lord and savior, only then will the Holy Spirit come in and manifest the power of God in you. You can learn more about Christianity from YouTube and Christian books. I suggest the book by Benny Hinn called Good Morning Holy Spirit. He talks about the Holy Spirit in full detail.

@karysma Rockthehouse is a works salvation Christian.. He is the type who will say at the last judgement LORD LORD what about all the works i did?? LORD LORD wasn't i obedient??

Problem again with RocktheHouse and millions of works salvation believers like him is that the mountains of good works they do does NOT atone for One of the least of sins they have committed..

But they cannot believe this.. They have the thinking of men, which is based on the transactional relationship model where if you want to get something from another person you have to pay for it by providing things for them.. So they think that to get eternity with God they need to do all the good works..

Yes we shall all be judged on our works by God on the day of judgement... Now does that seem like a contradictory statement by me?? Well let me explain..

There will be those who are called Great in the Kingdom of Heaven and those whom will be called least in the Kingdom of heaven.. There are those who will have served God a lot in their lives,, who have shared the Gospel with many,, who have given charity to many.. Who have loved and cared for many.. Who have faced and suffered death because they would not deny the LORD.. These people have built up what the Bible calls treasures in heaven as opposed to those who have built up material treasures on earth.. These people will be called Greater in the Kingdom of heaven because of their works,, BUT!!! Their works played NO part in their salvation.. These people believed Jesus and trusted in the Atonement for their salvation and did not trust in their works and that's why they shall be saved..

Same with the people who do few works, But believed in Jesus and trusted in the Atonement of the LORD Jesus.. They will be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven.. But they will be there in the Kingdom of Heaven,, They will be forgiven their failures and their sins and will be saved..

So Salvation is only by believing Jesus and trusting in Jesus..

Greater or lesser status in heaven will be based on our works..

Christians are saved from the Lake of fire because we have all our sins washed away by the Atoning Blood of the Lamb of God.. Not because we have paid some entrance fee because we did great works..
@Adstar None of what you're saying is in the bible. And you're twisting the scripture to fit your narrative. Clearly, he says, "only those who do the will of my father." Not those who Confess that he is Lord. That is his statement. He goes on to say they are "claiming" to have driven out spirits in his name. He doesn't say they did any good works. On the contrary, Jesus calls them workers of iniquities. They didn't do any good works. Their works were evil. And how can you say that people who do good works won't make it into heaven but those who do no works will? You have a very twisted way of thinking. You're very confused. If they are doing good works in his name, clearly they have confessed that he is Christ. But that's just the thing, They aren't doing good works. They are workers of iniquities, who are Christian in name only. They called him Lord, but they do not the will of God.

@RocktheHouse
@Adstar None of what you're saying is in the bible.

The concept that people will be either greater or lesser in the Kingdom of Heaven.. Read the words of the LORD Jesus.. Out of his very mouth..

(Matthew 5:17-19) "¶ Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. {18} For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. {19} Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven."

Note the parrable from the same Mouth.. From the LORD Jesus. How the different servants took what God had given them and some worked more then others.. How the best worker recieved the greater reward and was given a higher positon in the returned Noblemans kingdom. Of course the Nobleman is Jesus..

(Luke 19:12-24) "He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. {13} And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. {14} But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us. {15} And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. {16} Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds. {17} And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities. {18} And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds. {19} And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities. {20} And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin: {21} For I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow. {22} And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow: {23} Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury? {24} And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds."

I am not sure of the meaning, for you.

I once had a very powerful dream, and "saw" the Holy Spirit in a dream.

Our eyes can only see that of which we are capable of seeing, but I would say that seeing the Holy Spirit means you have something very special to do before you leave our beautiful earth.

When the Holy Spirit appeared in the Bible is was likened to a dove descending on Jesus..

(Matthew 3:16) "And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:"

It does not say The Holy Spirit looked like a Dove only that it descended like a dove.. But maybe the Holy Spirit decided to appear in that way for you.. So that you could read the Bible verse above and be reassured?? I must say your the first person i have talked to who claims to have seen the Holy Spirit..

Yes Jesus willingly suffered the death penalty and died as a sacrifice to pay the penalty for sins for all who believe Him and trust that he died to pay the penalty for their sins.. And yes Jesus rose from the dead on the third day..

My advice to you is focus on reading a good Bible, and ask God when ever you read the Bible to give you wisdom to understand what you need to understand in the Bible.. talking with other Christians is a good thing.. It's called fellowship.. But don't be worried that you are not going to a church.. Attending church is not required.. What is required is to believe Jesus and trust in what He did to Redeem you..

That is such a beautiful testimony and I am so happy to hear that you have accepted Jesus into your heart and life as Savior. It is clear that the Holy Spirit is with you and will speak to your heart many times as you walk with Christ each day.

It's not about being Christian. It's not about being any denomination. Jesus came to save everyone on Earth who will allow him to. Not to save just a certain group. Anyone who belongs to Christ we can say they are non-denominational. Meaning they don't belong to any special group, but solely to Christ. I think the only reason we have distinctions between denominations is so that people can choose which church they wish to go to that best follows their beliefs. However one denomination is no better than the other. Salvation does not depend on which denomination we are. It depends on if we have asked Jesus to come into our heart and life as Savior. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me. I'm so happy for you. I had actually prayed at one time for you to find Christ as your Savior. I see God did answer my prayer and I am very grateful for that. Just remember that we never have to earn salvation. It is really given as a gift to us. If someone gives us a gift, we don't have to pay for it. We just have to accept it. I am so happy you have. God bless you. I would just ask you to watch out for false teachers because they are everywhere. If what they say does not match up exactly with God's Word, then do not believe them and turn away from them. ❤🤗🙏🙏🙏

Yes Jesus died for your sin, and mine, and rose again and we can know God personally and have a relationship with Him!

❤️ it is wonderful that you believe in Jesus. I don't personally believe that the Holy Spirit appears visually nowadays, It could be that you were sick and hallucinated, but whatever it was, continue to read your Bible in whatever language you know, and pray for God to guide you!
God Bless you!

I would suggest that it means he is looking over you.
I would love to have an experience like that.

Thank you for best comment!

And a bit of advice...when you have a question such as this, ask God. If your mind is very still and pure, you will hear words in your own mind that are not your own...words of wisdom.
