I saw the Holy Spirit or holy Ghost with my own eyes. What does that mean?

[c=4C0073]I have cerebral palsy since birth so I am sad (depression) because the Holy Spirit appeared to me

And When I had to go to the hospital.

That is to say in car I saw him in left side of wing mirror of car.I saw the Holy Spirit flying as a golden dove.Means spiritual dove

I don't know what my Christian denomination is, I know very little about Christianity, I was a Hindu but I love Christianity so much that I saw on the internet that Jesus died for sin. Jesus rose from the dead on the third day, I can't read half the English Bible. I can only read the Marathi Bible. I can't go to church.

And The question is why the Holy Spirit appeared to me, He didn't give me a voice i.e. He didn't speak and the Holy Spirit only showed me His own form.What I don't know.and Holy Spirit showed me only this form. Nothing else and Holy Spirit wants to tell me more. He wants to say that I am with you, Siddhi don't be afraid.[/c]

The Holy Spirit is probably waiting to come and dwell inside you. For that to happen you have to say the prayer of salvation asking Jesus to be your Lord and savior, only then will the Holy Spirit come in and manifest the power of God in you. You can learn more about Christianity from YouTube and Christian books. I suggest the book by Benny Hinn called Good Morning Holy Spirit. He talks about the Holy Spirit in full detail.

@karysma I don't know how and in what words to pray
The Holy Spirit seems to be praying for everyone
Then why did the Holy Spirit appear as a golden dove?
I want salvation

@siddhikoli

Please say this prayer out loud.

PRAYER OF SALVATION

[c=008099]“O Lord God, I believe with all my heart in Jesus Christ, Son of the living God. I believe He died for me and God raised Him from the dead. I believe He’s alive today. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from this day. Through Him and in His Name, I have eternal life; I’m born again. Thank you Lord, for saving my soul! I’m now a child of God. Hallelujah!”[/c]

Congratulations!

You are now a child of God🤗😊
@karysma That's not how it works.

@RocktheHouse Really?
@karysma Not everyone who says Jesus is lord is saved. That comes from Jesus himself.
karysma · 31-35, F
@RocktheHouse With each scripture it's important to look at the context. Please don't confuse someone trying to accept Christ into their lives.

@karysma
it's important to look at the context.
Very correct.. And the context reveals the problem with those false Christians who will be saying LORD LORD.. Jesus points to the reason why they are going to be rejected.. Take note on what these people will be using to justify themselves..

(Matthew 7:21-23) "¶ [c=BF0000]Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.[/c] {22} [c=BF0000]Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful [big]works[/big]?[/c] {23} [c=BF0000]And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity[/c]."

There are many people who have a works salvation belief.. They believe they need to justify their own eternity with Jesus by doing many wonderful
works
.. But the way of salvation is not by earning it with many works.. It is by [big]believing[/big] Jesus and [big]trusting[/big] in the Atonement He secured... People can do a mountain of good works, but none of those good works removes their sins.. And these people prophecised about in Matthew 7 will face God on the day of judgement without being covered by the atoning blood of Jesus..
karysma · 31-35, F
@Adstar Amen to that.
@Adstar Did you miss the part about, "only he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven." Thus, the statement indicates that only people who do the will of God will enter heaven, does it not? Your false interpretation cannot change the actual words.

So, Confessing he is lord is enough, but Confessing he is lord and adding good works to it, isn't enough? That's a very contradictory statement. Jesus isn't talking about those who do good works, he's talking about those who do evil things - hence, iniquities.

Again, Jesus states that the world will be judged according to a person's actions in Matthew 16:27:

For the Son of Man will come in His Father's glory with His angels, and then He will repay each one according to what he has done.

According to what he has done, not according to his faith.

Rev 20:17 ( concerning the judgement of the world) - each person was judged according to what they had done.

James 2:19-20
19 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! 20 But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?

Conclusion, everyone will be judged according to their actions, not their beliefs. A righteous God isn't going to let a murderer go because of what he believes but punish the righteous people because their lack of faith. The God you serve doesn't even make sense in any religion. That's not the God of the bible. That's the God of the pagans.
@Adstar I'll add that Jesus Christ said in John 14:15, " If you love me, keep my commandments..."

Jesus Christ is a liar to you Grace alone Christians because you dispute what he says. Jesus says you must do the will of the father. You say that isn't true.

Matthew 25:35-40

I was hungry, and you gave me food. I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink. I was alone and away from home, and you invited me into your house. I was without clothes, and you gave me something to wear. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’ “Then the good people will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and give you food, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you alone and away from home and invite you into our house? When did we see you without clothes and give you something to wear? When did we see you sick or in prison and care for you?’ “Then the King will answer, ‘I tell you the truth, anything you did for even the least of my people here, you also did for me.’
John the Baptist:

Produce fruit in keeping with .... every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.

@karysma Rockthehouse is a works salvation Christian.. He is the type who will say at the last judgement LORD LORD what about all the works i did?? LORD LORD wasn't i obedient??

Problem again with RocktheHouse and millions of works salvation believers like him is that the mountains of good works they do does NOT atone for One of the least of sins they have committed..

But they cannot believe this.. They have the thinking of men, which is based on the transactional relationship model where if you want to get something from another person you have to pay for it by providing things for them.. So they think that to get eternity with God they need to do all the good works..

Yes we shall all be judged on our works by God on the day of judgement... Now does that seem like a contradictory statement by me?? Well let me explain..

There will be those who are called Great in the Kingdom of Heaven and those whom will be called least in the Kingdom of heaven.. There are those who will have served God a lot in their lives,, who have shared the Gospel with many,, who have given charity to many.. Who have loved and cared for many.. Who have faced and suffered death because they would not deny the LORD.. These people have built up what the Bible calls treasures in heaven as opposed to those who have built up material treasures on earth.. These people will be called Greater in the Kingdom of heaven because of their works,, BUT!!! Their works played NO part in their salvation.. These people believed Jesus and trusted in the Atonement for their salvation and did not trust in their works and that's why they shall be saved..

Same with the people who do few works, But believed in Jesus and trusted in the Atonement of the LORD Jesus.. They will be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven.. But they will be there in the Kingdom of Heaven,, They will be forgiven their failures and their sins and will be saved..

So Salvation is only by believing Jesus and trusting in Jesus..

Greater or lesser status in heaven will be based on our works..

Christians are saved from the Lake of fire because we have all our sins washed away by the Atoning Blood of the Lamb of God.. Not because we have paid some entrance fee because we did great works..
@Adstar None of what you're saying is in the bible. And you're twisting the scripture to fit your narrative. Clearly, he says, "only those who do the will of my father." Not those who Confess that he is Lord. That is his statement. He goes on to say they are "claiming" to have driven out spirits in his name. He doesn't say they did any good works. On the contrary, Jesus calls them workers of iniquities. They didn't do any good works. Their works were evil. And how can you say that people who do good works won't make it into heaven but those who do no works will? You have a very twisted way of thinking. You're very confused. If they are doing good works in his name, clearly they have confessed that he is Christ. But that's just the thing, They aren't doing good works. They are workers of iniquities, who are Christian in name only. They called him Lord, but they do not the will of God.
@Adstar None of what you're saying is in the bible.
The concept that people will be either greater or lesser in the Kingdom of Heaven.. Read the words of the LORD Jesus.. Out of his very mouth..

(Matthew 5:17-19) "¶ [c=BF0000]Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.[/c] {18} [c=BF0000]For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.[/c] {19} [c=BF0000]Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the [big]least in the kingdom of heaven[/big]: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called [big]great in the kingdom of heaven[/big].[/c]"

Note the parrable from the same Mouth.. From the LORD Jesus. How the different servants took what God had given them and some worked more then others.. How the best worker recieved the greater reward and was given a higher positon in the returned Noblemans kingdom. Of course the Nobleman is Jesus..

(Luke 19:12-24) "He said therefore, [c=BF0000]A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.[/c] {13} [c=BF0000]And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.[/c] {14} [c=BF0000]But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.[/c] {15}[c=BF0000] And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.[/c] {16} [c=BF0000]Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.[/c] {17} [c=BF0000]And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities. [/c] {18} [c=BF0000]And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds. {19} And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.[/c] {20} [c=BF0000]And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin:[/c] {21} F[c=BF0000]or I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow. [/c] {22} [c=BF0000]And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow: [/c] {23} [c=BF0000]Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury?[/c] {24} [c=BF0000]And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds[/c]."
