You and i know that it is wrong to stand by and watch a child be raped if we could prevent it from happening.
If god is meant to be good then surely he should be doing good by the metric that he himself gave us to live by.

Answer me this, Zonuss: If you knew you could stop your neighbour's 5 year old daughter from being raped but it required that you violate the free will of the rapist...would you do it? Or would you watch the little girl be raped and sternly wag your finger and promise to punish the person you just stood by and watched rape a child?

I'm not arguing about what happens to these people after they rape a child.
I'm pointing out that it is immoral by the very standard that god is meant to have set down not to prevent rape of a child if one had the means to do so.
