Are Christians still supposed to keep the Sabbath, nowadays?

As a Christian myself, it's an argument that I wish would be put to rest already.

Matthew 5:17
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
That also would include eating piggie.

@SpiritualMan Which contradicts what Jesus said, but you people never let that bother you, do you? That's why I call you Paulines.

@SpiritualMan Okay, so what I'm hearing you say is, even if I listed every single contradiction between the two of them, you would stick your fingers in your ears and start singing about how wrong I am. Got it.

@SpiritualMan You're right. That was my error. James, not Paul. But the question still remains of which one of them is correct.

@SpiritualMan Nope. All you just said is that faith is the only thing necessary. Works aren't needed, according to what you said just then.

As regards shutting the so-called light off, there wasn't a light to begin with. I tried so hard, and I'm pretty sure I was a genuine believer for a while. But it became so difficult to deal with an increasing number of contradictions I was finding. The one I gave you is just the tip of the iceberg.

Here's one for you. Joseph, Mary's husband. What, according to the four gospels, was his father's name? Be sure to check all four books.

@SpiritualMan I want to see you look it up in the gospels yourself. Read all four books, where it talks about Joseph's father. Don't rely on some random person on Quora to interpret it for you.
