What do you know to be true,but cannot prove?

methodological doubt is deeply engrained in me, there is not much that I can say I know for sure appart from certain predictions that might have a high probabiblity of occuring and what we call proof is generally this predictability of events so there is absolutely nothing that I know for sure except that I am a state of awareness and there is something happening.
