It really dependa on the circumstance.

Only if they can prove me wrong. Or, if it is my boss and their decision, then they get to direct me to do it the wrong way.

Being challenged isn't the same as being treated like crap -I don't take being treated like crap very well.
People can disagree with me that's their right.
I won't get into some kind of weird shouting match over it.
