Ladies and gentlemen; mum is often the word....

Let's say...in my line of work..... I often speak with aggressive individuals.

Confrontation. They are lookin' immediately for that retort.....that zinger they can fire back.

I've come to practice, allowing my exhale to be my first response.

They're own words will be the echo they hear....

Most often...they apologize.

So as a twofer,

If all else fails and silence is no longer the Golden rule ....

I mean it's silver....but trust me....it works really well.
