@mindstruggle Well...I train Muay Thai boxing. Sparing in a ring has become perhaps an addiction.
Biggest release of dopamine I've ever experienced. 🤷

Nice! Muay Thai is such a powerful sport. Sparring really does get your adrenaline and dopamine pumping like nothing else. How long have you been training? Do you compete, or is it mostly for the thrill and fitness

@mindstruggle It's a strick discipline. Strategy focused. Bout' 8 months now. I started simply to burn calories but once I reached a point where as I could free spar...in a ring ... I'd found a passion.

No competition goals really. Nothing to prove...save what I am capable of.

For now...just a thing 😊

That’s actually really cool. You can tell it’s more than just a workout for you now, sounds like it’s become part of your mindset. There’s something powerful about testing yourself in that way, especially when there’s no pressure to prove anything to anyone else. 🥰

Never have been a " foundation" type girl you know what I'm sayin'...

As of late however at 35 I've had to first learn how to purchase the right type of makeup...but also how to apply it correctly.

Employee in the mental health industry, " they" were a bit concerned about image projection showing up with black eyes .....🤣

Haha I totally get that, black eyes probably raise a few eyebrows in your line of work 😅 Sounds like you’ve been learning both how to throw a clean jab and how to blend a mean concealer. Pretty badass combo if you ask me. 💪

And hey, foundation or not, sounds like you’ve always had your own style and I respect that. 35’s a great time to be leveling up in and out of the ring.
