Acts of random kindness

So....I live alone. Relocated "here" lil' over a year ago. From, mind you a place I'd been all my life. That's where my tribe remains.

Certainly no social butterfly....I kinda know my neighbors...work with, shall we say an older generation.

So I attended this concert....alone.

I mean... you're there kinda early....they always drag out the appearance of the first band...

Where I am... there's these dudes... behind me. A couple it seems and their cohorts in front.

These dudes, let's say; havin' the combined IQ of a turnip; simply would not stop offering remarks about me....quite loud.

After a bit...the girl in front having turned to look at me several times..... motions me closer and says...

Come down here...with us. Literally stepping down a bleacher seat.

Safety in numbers mentality.

Dudes shut up.

Basically rocked out with them...my mind no longer a concern for bullshit.

So couldn't really " see" Metallica from here .


but had a excellent view of some really nice folks.
