Adam West...in response to what I said, he shook my hand (and signed my original promo photo for free). He had a big line and didn't shake anyone else's hand, that I saw.
Tony Todd - Worf's brother Kurn and the Candyman; just a really nice, down-to-earth guy.
Still with us:
Karen Allen - Marion Ravenwood Jones/Indiana Jones movies. So generous and real.
Sean Astin - I could still be talking to him; simply amazing.
Dante Basco - Rufio, leader of the lost boys in Hook; so warm and we could still be talking!
Karolyn Grimes - Zuzu Bailey in It's a Wonderful Life; she was glad to have a person who really knew the movie.
Martin Klebba - Marty the dwarf pirate in Pirates of the Caribbean movies; again, very real, personable.
Graham McTavish - Dwalin in The Hobbit trilogy; fantastic guy!

@Ghostinthemachine A friend, who was a prof at UCSC Invited me to come down and spend the weekend, and Maya was going to be speaking, so we went to see her. My friend had met her before, and was close with a colleague who was actually one of her friends, so afterwards Maya invited us to have dinner. It was such a cool evening. The mutual friend was also someone fairly well-known, who is still affiliated there.
