If you ever saw a celebrity or an actor around, would you go up to them and talk to them! Why or why not?

No, not if they're just out and about on their own time. I've seen a few and I generally feel like people should have the ability to just go about their day, even celebrities. If it was an organised event then I'd talk to them.

Saw a famous couple in on London recently,just let them.pass without saying anything..just regular folk
