It appears that along with the other subjects Kegsbreath is ignorant on including: OPSEC, LOAC, UCMJ, Religious Freedom, etc., nobody has briefed the paranoid drunkard on Military Medical Readiness which is why vaccinations are NOT a matter of personal choice.
