You hit it.. "Options" Lack of education and a background of family poverty. Or a directed program as a term in the military as an option to prison..GI Benefits used to be a way out for some..Now I am not so sure..😷

In fact, I retired when tRUMP was elected the first time. I then publicly burned my retirement certificate at my retirement ceremony (which was held in private and was not an official function) because it was signed by tRUMP (actually his auto pen).
Note: this is NOT the same as my DD-214!
