Probably about 98% of them.
You must have never served in the military.
Army Basic Training MAKES you a soldier whether you want to be or not.
They will go through extreme lengths to ensure you meet the standard even if it means forcing you to do boot camp a second time aka "recycle".
I saw this happen myself when I was in the Army.
Everyone will say that no violence will be tolerated etc but that isn't actually true. Even maybe the organization itself will not hurt you but your peers WILL.

@DogMan That you need to explain yourself to me is flattering but quite frankly I don't care.

@DogMan Maybe consult your mom.
DogMan · 61-69, M
@orioninthenight I will consult her in about 35 years.

Why do people that attack others on social media, have the least amount of
info about themselves? What are they afraid of?

Didn't you lot say the same about millennials, who had the highest enrollment since WW2?
DogMan · 61-69, M
@basilfawlty89 That's great, but I'm specifically asking about the kids that go
to college, in lieu of the military. I heard someone talking about how ALL kids
should do a couple years in the military, after high school, since so many are
lacking basic discipline, responsibility, and other skills.

@DogMan being forced by others to comply is discipline but it is not self discipline
that is why while everyone WILL comply to Army regulations but after they leave the service they become the same homeless dirt bags they were when they joined

.The Army ended finished 2023 with 55,000 new recruits,
.At the end of fiscal 2023 in October, the Navy announced it had recruited 30,236 new active duty sailors
You get the idea and can Google the Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard if you want more numbers.
