Probably about 98% of them.
You must have never served in the military.
Army Basic Training MAKES you a soldier whether you want to be or not.
They will go through extreme lengths to ensure you meet the standard even if it means forcing you to do boot camp a second time aka "recycle".
I saw this happen myself when I was in the Army.
Everyone will say that no violence will be tolerated etc but that isn't actually true. Even maybe the organization itself will not hurt you but your peers WILL.

@goneNow6565 Yes, I spent 8 years in the military. But I wanted to go in.
It helped me a lot. I got out and started a business, and became very successful.
I was lacking discipline, hard work, and responsibility when I went in. I was still
a teenager when I was in charge of multi million dollar aircraft. Even had my name
of the side of F-4's and F-15's. That is responsibility that a college student would
never have.

@DogMan It's probably because you were in the Chair Force.
You don't even know what boot camp is yourself. Air Force is a summer camp.

@goneNow6565 Ok, so you don't understand what I'm getting at. Typical
Army recruit. You should have gone in the USAF, It would have actually
helped you.

@DogMan I remember when I was younger, people crying about gen x, then millenials, now gen z.
I mean last time I checked BECAUSE of my military service and my UNIVERSITY engineering degree is the reason I have two BMWs in my garage.
Tell me more about how useless my degree is.

@goneNow6565 Well since I have worked out consistently my whole
adult life, and still go to the gym 6 days a week. I'm planning on seeing 100.
My wife and I feed off each other, she works out like a maniac.
How about you? How many days a week do you spend in the gym?
Engineer.....probably struggle to walk around the block.

@DogMan That you need to explain yourself to me is flattering but quite frankly I don't care.
@DogMan Maybe consult your mom.
DogMan · 61-69, M
@goneNow6565 I will consult her in about 35 years.
