MiG-29 FULCRUM. I built model kits of Soviet and Western fighters as a kid, and that one was one of my favorites. It came out the best, so I've always had a soft spot for it.

It's also a very beautiful airplane. Though it's performance is like an F16 without the advanced digital avionics.
