the fastest I know of is the sr 71 blackbird from lockheed martin. but that's some time ago and there are likely experimental or classified craft as fast or much faster.

Would the Space Shuttle count? It would go about 50,000 mph If I remember correctly

SR71 was based on the A12 that was lighter, flew higher and was slightly faster
