I have to do interviews for the open co-assistant position in my office this week 😑

Every time I've had to conduct interview for this position, I always get a slew of people who are either unqualified for the position and/or don't even seem to care about getting the job. It's a waste of my time I could spend doing actual work, especially when it's busy, and it's mentally exhausting having to talk to complete strangers all day. I'd almost rather be the one on the other end of the job interview, just because I hate it that much. We'll see how it goes, though. Maybe I'll get lucky and find a good fit on the first couple of interviews. But knowing how my luck always turns out, yeah right.

You’ve got this — I know you’ll do great! 💪 Interviews can be so draining, especially when it feels like half the people aren’t even trying. I hope this round surprises you in the best way and you find someone amazing right off the bat. (Or you could just hire me and let me work from home — problem solved 😂)

@MyMonstersAreReal I'd have to give you my job, but I totally would. Anything to give you less than what you already have to deal with. But then you'd have to deal with the unruly employees who can get real dickish. In which case, I'd try to get a co-lead mail clerk position open. I work in the office and you work from home. This mail room I work could probably use a second lead anyway, lol.

Good luck. I hope you find a good one for the position.

Interviewing is hard. Half the people I call don’t show up and the ones that do show up have a bad attitude.

Oh make sure the right one is hired otherwise it can be hell, there's so many odd-balls out there and you'll get the blame you hired that person.
