Is it just me or are employment agencies stupid as heck?

Lost count of how many times these dip dips told me stuff like:

It's easier to find work when you're in work

Employers are more eager to hire someone who is studying because it proves that you can multi task, etc


Um no,
All the jobs I've had and applied for in the past, all the employers want your whole hearted commitment or gtfo.

Studying?
Nah, screw studying, we want you here,

Got a job somewhere else?
Nah, we need you here full time so we can fire you the minute you quit your other job.

I dunno, maybe this is just my experience?
