Tell us about your worst job interviews.

The guy didn't turn up. I got the bus there and waited for like an hour.

I couldn't answer a single question
The worst one I had was so bad I can't even remember why on Earth some of the questions were on the job listing

It was one of those "Have 15 years of experience for this entry level job :)" type things

Interviews usually go well for me.

I've yet to have one thankfully lol

The one with the most anxiety tho was the polygraph and then the psychological exam for cpd. Glad I passed those bc it would've turned into the worst ones if I didn't

I prepared for one listing, HR was interviewing me for another one lol. Halfway through I was like "someone made a mistake, let's just end this"

"There's a hole of 5 years here that what we're you doing during that time?"

Me: I was in rehab but don't worry, I'm fine now :'D

Them: ok... Thanks for coming to the interview.

I was a nervous wreck.

But, hey, I usually get the job.

I had one years ago which took place in a city other than where the company was. They rented a hotel conference room for interviews. I was the first one on the schedule apparently. I drove to the hotel and was a block away when some jerkwad cut me off, brake checked my car and screamed something at me, waving his arms like a lunatic. Sure, whatever.

A few minutes later I'm waiting in the conference room and the interviewer was the jerkwad. I might have recognized me but I'm not sure. I didn't get that job.

Interviewer started asking me all these new grad textbook questions for an engineering job. I have pushed projects through from design to manufacturing. I have been able to do this without remembering every fucking thing I learned in university and instead focusing on the parts that I have actually found useful in my day to day work life.

I ended the interview and hung up on the guy.

Later I ended up making 25% more than this job was offering without nearly as much bullshit during the interview.

I ended up thumping one of the interviewers. Ha Ha I don't regret doing it one of my finer moments.

Hmmm not worst but I hate panel interviews.
