Wait one more day . If you still don't hear anything then email them asking for an update

Don't rush this. If you made it this far you're certainly not going to get ignored. Something could have happened in the hiring party's work which delayed their response, so just a little bit more patients.

Wait another day or 2 and then email, thanking them for seeing you and asking for an update.

Wait a week then ask about the status

Look for another job

@Heretodaygonetomorrow i think you can assume this is a no i can understand you go so far only too fall at the final hurdle . never mind just try and get over the disappointment look at it this way it is there lose you will have plenty of other opportunities come your way i am sure

You call and thank them for their time spent with you during the interviews and that you would really like to be part of their team

Give it time, after a few days write them a snail mail hand written letter thanking them for the interview and say why you wish to work for them, saying it would be a great opportunity to learn new things and work your way up, then leave it at that.
