About commuting

I will never accept a job that is more than 20 mins away from where I live. I mean why would you want to waste so much time in a car or on a bus or train or whatever?? That's taking sooo much of your time and you're not getting paid for it. 😒

I commute an hour to work when I am not working at home.

I guess I just felt that this job was one of those that I applied to without actually expecting to get it. So for the sake of my career and the salary it is worth the sacrifice.

It also helps that I love cars and have a car I actually like driving. I get what you are saying though, if it was a stupid job that I wasn't interested in and I had to drive a hyundai elantra for an hour every day, I also wouldn't think it is worth it.
