I surprised an employee of mine today

I surprised an employee of mine and she had tears of joy. Her name is Lisa and she works at my towing yard collecting the money for the storage fees. She is a hard worker keeping a positive attitude. Plus comes in on time. Has been through a lot, a tough divorce that was final 2 weeks ago. Also a mom of 3 making ends meet. I seen she has not had time for herself after that. I walked in and told her she is going to a spa this weekend getting a pampering she deserves. She was surprised and did tear up telling me thank you. She said I was right, needed time for herself and going to love it
