My Wifi has stopped working

I went to the Telstra store and was with them for 50 minutes. The outcome of which was they were unable to remedy the problem.
Gave me a number to ring for technical support.
Rang that number and was placed in a cue, about a 45 minute to 1 hour wait.
Now I am listening to Muzak awaiting someone to come on line.

1 hour and 22 minutes later the problem is resolved.
50 minutes on hold.
I had to reset my wifi dongle which was an issue in itself.
Remove the back cover then push the smaller than pinhead size button which is set down inside the dongle.
She told me to use a paper clip, I'm on holidays, why would I have a paper clip handy?
Anyways, I used a pen nib and successfully reset my wifi.
