Hi all supernaturals out there. What are moon cycles and their meaning on what they do for shifting into a wolf ?

I don't know what moon cycles are or what they stand for or each meaning of them yet . I would like to know more about them and will it help me shift into my wolf 🐺 form too on a full moon and which full moon does it matter which one of the full moon and what about the blue moon full moon nights too ?

I've seen a lot of shit in my day.

I've watched a friend demonstrate telekinetic powers on a fountain in a public park. I've met vampires who can drink a liter or more of blood without puking. I've met an actual ghost. Do you know what I've never seen?
