Why do I always see patterns ?

I always see patterns..like numbers on the phone clock ..things I that I think about appear later..like a person or sthg on tv ..or anything.. premonitions maybeI think I'm haunted or sthg
Give me prayers please..or show me a prayer that removes this curse ..

Blame evolution... Survival meant knowing patterns, whether it was when and where things grow out the outline of a predator in the brush... It's a survival thing the brain still imposes on chaos

@Convivial well i see no evolution in my life only things getting worse in time and totally insane shit im totally fucked up person im too sick that i started falling i feel like dying sometimes im sure this is a curse not a blessing and maybe its not premonitions like i said idk what it is anyway its just patterns ...i wish someone could help me but there is absolutely none ...
