I remember I was discussing multivibrator with my prof. in electronics class. I was continuously asking, why it happens, then why that happens. The discussion moved from transistors to forward bias and reverse bias, then how current flows, to electromagnetic induction and then I finally asked why does opposite charges attract each other. He in return asked me, "Why does north pole attract south and vice versa?", "Why are boys attracted to girls?" I was speechless. After a pause, the prof. replied because it's the law of nature.

@ABCDEF7 And that's why, I personally feel, it's totally, absolutely okay for a girl to fall in love with a girl (in any way) and also for a boy to fall in love with a boy (in any way) :)
