What I've inferred from the first 5 parts of Leviticus.

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ is that, you're screwed when you feel guilt. It's best not to feel guilt after you commit a 'sin'. And run as faassst as you can away from it, and do whatever makes you not feel guilt.

Maybe keep doing more of what is good according to you. So that your 'good' scale outweighs your 'sin' scale.

That seems like the best rule. Shot, that's what's Allah has been talkin about all around the Qur'an.
