Got To Love Karma

My son from my first marriage who is in his 30s , I have heard through his kids mother is now homeless and living on the streets with no where to go . After alienating all of his family and so called friends in which he made some bad choices he has no where to turn and no one to relly on . I have no sympathy for him , and I know that sounds cruel but after he alienated me he only has himself to blame . Hopefully this will be the wake up call for him that you reap what you sow .
idc how much my child alienates me ,i would always be there for them. also people usually withdraw when their mental health is suffering. not that we have enough information to know why he chose to do so but I would try to understand him and support him despite being pushed away. being a parent doesnt come with terms and conditions ,you are a parent forever

@PepsiColaP No its all him and the choices in friends he has made . He thinks its alright to go around abusing people and that they should just shrug it off . He doesnt seem to understand his actions have consequences and now it seems he is learning a life lesson . Hopefully he will sort himself out and get help but I doubt it . His kids mother begged him to get help , he didnt and now he is paying for it .
@Rhode57 do you not think that our choices as adults reflect on our upbringing? not entirely or always but in the big picture

@PepsiColaP No as an adult his choices are his own . He was taught right from wrong etc but he chose another way . Why we dont know .

Don't do this.
My sister was backed into a corner through her poor choices.
She left 3 kids, 3 brothers and her parents who still think, 'what if we'd reached out to her?'
Yeah it was for her to talk to us but that's all could of and should of now.

@GeniUs We have all tried but he has rejected us all . Sadly it is now up to him to make the first move . They say you can only help those that help themselves , sadly this is true . Until he realises that he needs help and that its him and not everyone else at fault no one can help him . A very true saying is " You can lead a horse to water but you cant make it drink ".

@Rhode57 I'd stay in touch and periodically talk to him. I can't think of a better analogy than how The Prodigal Son was treated by his father.

@GeniUs I tried to show him the error of his ways . I thought putting his kids first would wake him up but sadly it didnt . Luckily the kids mother found a decent man who treats the kids like his own . He knows where we all are the rest is up to him . I just hope he will come to his senses realise what an idiot he has been and swallow his stupid pride and ask for help but I doubt it .
Get him back on his feet. Parents' duty do not end even after reaching their grave. They have to lit for their wards in spirit form too.

@Beautywithin All we can hope is that this is his rock bottom and he gets the wake up call he needs but sadly I dont think he ever will .
