There's all kinds of horrible parenting going on. A few years ago, I was out late at a diner after a show with my band. We walked in and were blown away by the sight of a group of adults and a toddler in a high chair.
It was 3AM. I'm guessing they were the local tweakers? Anyway, we were all freaked out by this.
