You'd be surprised - go to a bar on a Friday night and it'll be chocked full of parents that left their kids home alone or w/creepy relatives or worse - in hot cars.....plus the media made a circus of this (Nancy Grace - remember her?)...if you want your mind blown - look up look up Lori Daybell - Utah mom and God (apparently). Kids missing, husband dies from her brother, then the brother dies, her future lover's wife dies...and noone thought anything funny was going on!.....
