I Believe In Karma

Karma is always right behind me but thats okay because it keeps me in check. Though I dislike karma because sometimes when someone screw me over, karma doesn't always bite.

After all those years of abuses by my ex boyfriend Ive once told him that he'd be a lonely old man. Turns out he have new family and seemingly happy with his life. My life ? The jokes on me. Turns out I'm the lonely old woman instead.

I will never understands why he gets it and I suffer loniless instead. It makes me think its my fault. It must be. Gotta be but i ain't gonna dwell on it. F life.

You have a mistaken perspective on what karma is that is prevalent in the West. Some research into Buddhism could be beneficial in many ways.

@Julienne It's a pretty great philosophy for meeting life realistically through acceptance and positive action. I've found some peace in it

@Julienne Hopefully you can find a local temple or just a person who hosts meditation classes like I did. It's very motivating to learn from and alongside people. Reading is good too, though. I just read Creating True Peace by Thich Nhat Hahn. He's a wonderful teacher

Ah, I don't think theres a temple in UK so I would have to fly out instead. And as for the book it sounds cool. Will try it out. Thanks for sharing. Buddhism is full of amazing wisdoms, I love it.
